RRT designed and built the first successful large municipal greenfield dual stream MRFs in the nation. These facilities contained the first use of lights from heavy container separation technology using air, a technique soon employed by many others.

Today, RRT is leading the industry with its ability to integrate multiple technologies and processing systems into multi-functional integrated facilities. The standalone processing systems of yesterday are giving way to the integrated waste recycling and energy production complexes of tomorrow and RRT is leading the way.
